Local Women Enjoy Pilgrimage to St. Mary Church in Menasha, WI

Several women representing Tennessee, Alabama, Minnesota, and Wisconsin participated in a pilgrimage organized by Yana Ancell, a parishioner at Mother Teresa Church in Nolensville.

The trip began with a lovely surprise of praying at the gorgeous St. Mary Church in Menasha, WI, where the women could pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and venerate the relics of 59 saints.

The trip was organized around our Blessed Mother’s birthday on September 8th. On that day, we could visit the first and only Marian Apparition site in the United States, Our Lady of Champion, in Champion, WI.

Sister Maria Caeli, O.P., SCA Junior High Director, led nightly discussions, offering insights, prayers, and scripture passages for the women to reflect on. It was a great time for those who attended.
