How long have you been playing this sport?
I have been running track since the eighth grade. So, three years including this one.
What do you love most about this sport?
I love the competition and the rewarding feeling of accomplishment after every race. Knowing that you tried your best brings such an amazing sense of comfort.
Who is your biggest rival?
My biggest rival is myself.
Do you have plans to compete collegiately?
Unfortunately, I don't think I'll run track in college.
Do you have any pregame rituals or traditions?
My pre-game ritual is listening to the song "High Rises" by Chike while driving to every meet. The song is so connected to my pre-meet ritual that I don't listen to it any other time of the year except for meet days.
How close are you all as a team?
The SCA track and field team is so tight-knit. I love these girls so much, and we definitely push each other to do the best we can.
What are your goals for this season?
My goal for this season is to PR in the 100m, 200m, and place in the 4x100m.
What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my coaches, teammates, and family for always being there for me.
What do you love most about being a Scarab?
I love being a Scarab because of our community.
What is your favorite TV show?
My favorite TV show is either New Amsterdam or Cross.

What is your favorite snack food?
My favorite foods are donuts/anything sweet or pasta.
What is your favorite pre-game meal?
My pre-game breakfast has always been a bagel or rice cake spread with peanut butter, a sunny side-up egg on top, raspberries on the side, and a protein shake.
