Coach Sauder and 8th-grade Athletes attend HVAC Leadership Conference

They participated in leadership skill-building activities, listened to a keynote speaker about overcoming stress and anxieties in sports, and had small group discussions with peers from other schools. This annual event aims to encourage and support athletes as they enter high school and equip them to thrive in athletics.
